CollabraSpace Releases CollabraSuite 6.0

New Release expands integration points and Web 2.0 functionality.

Annapolis, MD — Nov 3, 2008 — CollabraSpace®, a leading provider of web-based collaboration solutions for government and commercial enterprises, today announced the release of CollabraSuite® 6.0. This latest release adds a new Web 2.0 whiteboard capability that allows users to participate in mark up sessions in real time. In addition, CollabraSuite® 6.0 provides support for additional server and browser support as well as integration with XMPP servers and a plug in for Eclipse developers.

This latest version provides user requested enhancements such as new quick loading toolbar icons and a feature rich, thin client whiteboard. The new quick loading icons allow users to log into the collaborative environment and become "presence aware" with nominal load times and space on the user's desktop. In addition, the thin client whiteboard has added additional drawing capabilities, desktop capturing features and the ability to create and recall "bookmarks" in the whiteboard drawing session showing the whiteboard as it appeared at a given point in time.

In addition to the user enhancements, the newest release continues CollabraSpace's commitment to supporting the latest technologies. The new release provides support for the Firefox 3.0 browser and the latest releases of WebLogic servers. CollabraSuite 6.0 now supports WebLogic Server 10.3 as well as WebLogic SIP Servers 3.1 and 4.0 (Oracle Communications Converged Application Server 10.3).

Finally, the CollabraSuite 6.0 release continues the company's tradition of providing collaborative capabilities that easily integrate into and organization's infrastructure. The latest release provides integration with XMPP to allow users to collaborate with other service offerings as well as an Eclipse plug-in for users that spend their time within the Eclipse environment.
